What are some quick easy and SAFE ways to lose weight?

I’m far from bring at all fat, but I have gained a few unwanted pounds, and with beach weather right around the corner I would like to lose the pounds asap. What are some effective ways to lose some weight, with out cutting my self off from all of my favorite foods? I already do at least 50 sit ups every night…any other ideas?
NO dietary supplements!!

    Try to cut down your calorie intake by 200 or so calories everyday…that means replacing the ice cream you have after dinner with some grapes…or eating oatmeal instead of a muffin….etc

    Then, try to burn at least 200 calories a day. That’s about 20 minutes jogging, using the elliptical or swimming at a reasonable pace. Or you could take a 45 minute walk

    Remember to ALWAYS eat breakfast and lunch…skipping meals will only slow down your metabolism and make you store more food as fat

    To shed those few extra pounds just simply increase your level of physical activity for about two weeks. It might give you more satisfactory results if you also cut out any extra sweets or unnecessary snacks during this time.

    To increase your activity, you don’t have to do anything complicated or vigorous. Walk briskly for a half hour, or catch up on some yard work. To maintain the results you might want to schedule a regular workout plan.

    Basically just try and eat a lot of fruits and veggies, eat fibers too. Don’t skip any meals because you’ll just end up eating more later on. Have little snacks inbetween meals as well.

    Try and excercise daily, e.g: power walking, a good swim, yoga.

    Don’t eat fast foods, try and give them up. Pop isn’t very good for your health either.
    And when it comes to your favourite foods, dress them up with fruits. Just cut down and don’t eat as much (only if they’re bad)

    Try different/new things, as well. I heard once that if you keep eating the same things (even healthy) it will start to build and your body will get too used to it.

    Wow, your first three answers were all spam!

    If you want to lose weight, you need to burn calories. I’d suggest doing some cardio. It’s good for your heart and will help you burn off calories. Just be sure you’re not over-doing it. If you injure yourself, then you’ll need to take time to heal which will put you out of commission for awhile. Make sure what you do is safe and healthy.
