What are some healthy foods I can eat to up my energy during the day?

I sleep way too much. I love sleeping way too much, and I wanna be more active, alert and awake during the day. Anything I can start eating, that’s good for me, that’ll give me a healthy boost?

    Fruits – such as blueberries which have antioxidants in them. Eat healthy fats – such as what is in nuts.

    for more energy eat carbs such as rice and pasta. Carbs gives your body energy because your body uses 3 things for energy. Protiens , fats, and carbohydrates. You should also eat healthy more protien , fruits, and veggies. Eat less fats. You should eat 3 times a day or more. Try exercise for a heathier body which In turn will keep you awake. Do not drink energy drinks for energy. The caffine is toxic and it has the addictivness. Of small amounts of coccaine. You should drink milk and juices. Last but not least green tea. Green tea is natural and is heathly for you. The caffine in green tea. Is not bad but it keeps you awake. Also try to find a meaning or hobby in life
