What are some good low carb foods I can bring to school?

I’m trying to go on a low carb diet but I don’t know what to eat when I’m at school. I like chili and grilled chicken but I don’t want to look like a weirdo bringing a bowl if chili to school.
yes I eat eggs on the weekend but its weird to bring it to school (you’re very funny)

What would be so weird about bringing a hard boiled egg to school?
You need to quit worrying so much about what others will think & do what is right for you.

Besides hard boiled eggs you could bring some chicken, pouches of tuna, beef jerky.
Are you eating veggies? (you said LOW carb, not NO carb, right?) You could bring a salad or some cut up veggies like carrots, celery, jicama, pickles, etc. Are you allowing yourself any fruit at all? If so, you could bring an apple or orange.

Take a dill pickle spear, a spear of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, even string cheese works – just cut in half length wise), and a piece of deli meat (such as roast beef, roast turkey, chicken, or ham. Place dill pickle spear and your spear of cheese at one end of the deli meat and roll the meat up around it and secure with a toothpick.

Baked chicken legs – these are good cold.

Could even bring hot wings (the type that do not have a fried chicken type coating – just the baked type made with a hot wing sauce that is not sweet/doesn’t have sugar in hot wing sauce) – bring along a container of ranch dressing to dip wings in.

Summer sausage and cubes of cheese. Pack some baby dill pickles to go along with it.

Tuna salad, chicken salad or ham salad in a container. Pack some cut of veggies like celery, bell pepper, cauliflower, broccoli, small tomatoes, or cucumbers to eat along with it.

Or pack a few good sized lettuce leafs in a baggie – and when eating lunch make lettuce wraps with your tuna, chicken, or ham salad.

Celery filled with cream cheese or peanut butter.

Ranch dressing in a container with cut up veggies to dip in ranch dressing.

Tossed salad and add slices of deli meat and cheese – bring a small container of dressing for salad.

    Packs of string cheese

    Sugar free jello cups.

    Sugar free pudding cups.

    Sugar free/light vanilla yogurt

Peanuts or your nuts of choice.

Thermos with veggie soup in it (use low carb veggies) or any other type of low carb soup.

These are things I have eaten for lunch/snacks when I have been low carbing – I have never cut most dairy out when I was low carbing.

Good luck and hope some of these ideas helped!
