what are some excersice have worked to lose fat?

i just need to lose all this extra fat that i have and my belly. what are some excersices that worked for you guys. i dnt have any gym equipment or access to any.

    Cardiovascular exercise. Running is the best way if you don’t have access to gym equipment. Sit ups only work the muscles under the fat, but don’t actually burn any fat unless you do them very fast for more than 20 minutes. Also, sit-ups are bad for your back. If you must work out your abs, simple crunches will do.

    to classic. you can run, or join a sport. sit ups, push ups, stretches. i know it sounds silly but go to Oprah’s website for some exercise stuff. u like fine tho….,
