What are some excercises that i can do to loose weight quickly!?

What are some excercises that i can do to loose weight quickly! I really need some help.My goal is to loose at least 80 too 100 pounds.I am getting made fun of more often than i was before and its killing me.I cant even wear a bikini anymore.I need some one to tell me some exercises that would help me loose weight quickly and give instructions on how to do them. And if you also know any routines that i could do at home without haveing to buy a video then please let me know everything.i REALLY APPRECATE ALL OF YOU HELP…..

    Look up stuff on youtube for some routines… but this is what i recommend…

    4 sets of 10 reps for each one
    Lower body- Squats, lunges, jumping rope, jogging
    Upper body- Push ups, curls

    well what i think you can do which is soo much fun and you know that its working, dance. JUST GO CRAZY AND RUN ALL OVER THE PLACE JUMPING AROUND AND RUNNING SIDE TO SIDE.

    GET THE GAME DANCE DANCE REVELUTION AND GO ON HARD FOR A FAST WORKOUT ROUTINE!!!

    running will help aLOT!! you have to become active! i stayed fit my whole life with soccer! so just jog everyday setting new goals for your self!

    maintain a healthy diet! this means if your serious about this, no more dessert ice cream, sodas, or any junk food!! you have to try!

    jump on the trampoline and try new things on it…

    IMPORTANT: IF YOU REALLY PUSH YOURSELF TO LOOK BEAUTIFUL, YOU WITH FEEL IT BE SORE IN MORNING ( BUT ONCE YOU ARE ACTUALLY SORE SOMEWHERE IN THE MUSCLES, FEET, ANYWHERE. THATS GOOD) IF YOUR SORE IN THE MUSCLES, THEN YOU WERE USING THEN AND THEY ARE BEING BURN GROWING STONGER AND MORE MUSCLE AND LESS FAT.

    but you have to be able to do this often, if you do all of this stuff, believe me hunny, you will have a fit body in no time.
