What are great foods toe eat/cook for a diet to lose weight. What is the ideal workout and how long?

I have been trying to lose weight this summer. I have lost some but I am not satisfied. I need some tips pleas. I think I am eating the right stuff but maybe there are better foods. What are great foods toe eat/cook for a diet to lose weight. What is the ideal workout and how long? Will running do the job?

    This may sound silly, but I bought a diabetic cookbook a couple of years ago to lose weight. Now, I’m not diabetic, but these cookbooks have dishes in them that are lower in carbs, sugars, and fat. And most of them are tasty! I lost 30 lbs eating foods from this cookbook of mine. I would suggest you look online for diabetic recipes or find a diabetic cookbook and start there.

    Intensive Aerobics and Exercise will NOT BURN FAT.

    The Reason is Intense Aerobics and Exercise only burn mainly carbohydrates for energy, not fat tissue.

    If you over-exert yourself and your breathing and heart rate become too elevated then your body will burn mainly carbohydrates.

    However, your goal is NOT To burn Carbohydrate Calories, your goal is to burn stored BodyFat

    Here are some of best food to cook at home and eat. Basically our there are 3 types of calories, and which calories are in each type of food that you eat.

    The 3 Types of Calories are:

    1) Protein

    2) Carbohydrates (Carbs)

    3) Fat

    You DO NOT have to worry about manipulating “fat” calories, you only need to worry about manipulating PROTEIN and CARBS.

    Here are some sample foods made of Protein and Carbs.

    PROTEIN FOODS

    * Lean Roast Beef

    * Cottage Cheese (low fat)

    * Eggs (scrambled, hard-boiled)

    * Broiled Flounder (non breaded)

    CARB FOODS

    * Mixed Salad (only lettuce, tomatoes, and veggies allowed)

    *Dressing should be Low Cal dressing. Use sparingly, you should not smother the salad with too much dressing.

    * Bread (should be “oat” or “bran” type bread only)

    * Mixed Vegetables (fresh or frozen)

    * Fresh Apples

    Sample rotation of Protein and Carbs meals for 11 days [On Diet To Lose Weight]. Make sure you have the right weight you wished for.

    Day 1:
    Eat 3 Carb Meals and 1 Carb/Protein Mixed Meal

    Day 2:
    Eat 3 Carb Meals and 1 Protein Meal

    Day 3:
    Eat 2 Carb Meals and 2 Protein Meals

    Low Carb Diets Don’t Work

    Low Carb Diets will not work. Most diet plans in the market includes this low carb foods as their diet plans..which is TOTALLY WRONG!

    The body and brain need the energy from carbs to function properly and to be healthy.

    As said before intense exercise (such as stair climbers or jogging), will not lose fat much. If you want to MAXIMIZE WEIGHT LOSS with this diet plan then they suggest walking as the best exercise.

    The day is divided into 4 meals that should be eaten at a minimum of 2 1/2 hours apart. There is no calorie or carb counting, no limit on portion size. After the 11 day meal plan there is a 3 day “cheat” – where you get to eat whatever you want. Then you are back into the 11 day plan again….Now that’s the best of I have discover in any diet plan so far.

    High intensity interval training (HIIT) burns tons more fat than aerobics will. Aerobics burns fat while you’re doing it. HIIT doesn’t burn as much fat as aerobics while doing it, but it burns tons of fat AFTER your training.     There are quite a few things you can do to lose weight, but the key is to find something to suits you and your lifestyle.

    Its no point saying to you that if you eat all vegetables, you will lose weight, if you don’t like vegetables. Or if you work out for 2 hours a day, if you don’t have time to do that.

    Sometimes small changes are the best way, rather than making a radical change right from the start. The added bonus of small changes is that you are more likely to stick to them, therefore turning them eventually into a habit, than if you make some huge changes all at once.
