What are good foods to eat and not eat, so that I can lose fat quickly. I also go to the gum 6 days a week?

    You need to exercise 30 minutes a day….. go to the gym, ride a bike, swim, find a sport you like to do…

    DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.

    Eating…
    1,Eating fruit is good.
    2. Eat green veggies, yellow veggies, orange veggies, red veggies,
    3.Salads with (dark green leafy lettuce:spinach, romaine, arugula,), tomatoes, nuts, broccoli, beets, carrots, peppers, etc. Do not eat the prepared mayonnaise salads:chicken, potato, coleslaw, etc(They very high in calories)

    For salad dressing : ask for it on the side; use a vinaigrette , not creamy style dressing.

    If you like soup, eat the non-cream soups.

    4. Eat more whole grains, beans, fruit, vegetables, whole wheat products.
    5. Eat chicken, turkey, fish, beans (breast meat/ without the skin.
    6.Use low -fat milk, low fat cheese, etc.

    Stay away from sodas (any type), red meat, salty snacks, potatoes, and processed meats; bacon, hot dogs, etc.
