Wanting to lose some belly fat and lbs in general…?

I am five foot nine inches and weight 175lbs. I know that this is not overweight (although according to a BMI calculator I am). I am healthy and fairly active as I am a daycare teacher, but I have put on some weight that I would like to get rid of. Can anyone give me any tips? Workout ideas? (I have bad ankles so running isn’t great) great, easy, recipes that are both healthy and that my husband will like and will be filling for him as well? Thank you to anyone who can help!

One thing that has really helped me to lose weight is fresh fruit.

Whenever I feel like snacking, I just grab some fruit and munch away! I’ve lost about 20 lbs in two months just by quitting fast food and eating fresh fruit!

I use and recommend the Cinch Inch Loss Plan. It’s powered by leucine, an essential amino acid that travels directly to muscle to signal protein synthesis. It helps your body preserve muscle mass while you lose weight and inches from fat.

It’s both healthy and easy to follow and provides great recipes that can be enjoyed by all.

I was on the plan for three weeks and lost 10 lbs., 4 1/2 inches from my waistline and 2 1/4 inches from my hips. This was in December timeframe and I haven’t gained any of it back.

Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions
