    Rye has a ton of calories go for the wheat breads. they are the best health-wise

    It has loads of fibre.. so it’s good for dieting.
    As it keeps you full for longer.
    You only have to eat 2 and your full.
    You don’t necessarily have to eat them plain, you can have them with Philadelphia cheese or low fat soft cheese with herbs or chives

    no, but you’ll be hungry again pretty soon unless you add some protein… a bit of low fat cheese, or a piece of lean ham or chicken, or low fat hommous, will take you further
