Good heavens, no. Drink water, unsweetened teas, skim milk and fresh juices. Red Bull is liquid junk.

It could be addictive because of its caffeine content. I do not think it makes much difference to weight loss. Just make sure you replace the fluids lost by drinking it and needing the toilet more

it does have sweetners and stuff in but the caffine and taurine are stimulants so they will speed up motabolism. I would drink it iff you need it because you are tried or training but if there is other alternatives availble i would drink them

Yes I drink 1 a day on a diet but only get the diet one, it’s a lighter blue than the original.
It gives you energy and is an appetite suppressant.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

It is not very good for you to drink at all! It has been linked with sudden deaths when accompanied by exertion and is of course quite high in calories.
