need to lose baby fat fast!!!!!! REALLY FAST?
i just had a little girl aboout 3 weeks ago and i am dieing to be back to my old size. i have been working out for about 20 min. every day since i have had her and i can feel my abs tighting up but there just hiddin by my fat. so how can i lose the fat adn show my abs with out taking diet pills or any other supplament? i have got about 4 weeks to lose the weight and i need to do it fast i only need to lose about 10 pounds i really need help with this i have looked on every web site and i see nothing that will help that i have not already tried! and besides the belly fat, my love handles…. i want to keep them but i just want them alot more tighter! my hips are about 32 inches and my belly is about 28 inches i want my belly 25 inches adn my hips 28 how can i do this with out sarving my self and pulling muscles i am willing to try almost anything! PLEASE HELP!

Excuse me hips 28 inches? In what life form – skeleton?
Just where do you think your hips are? They are about 9 inches below your waist.
A 25 inch waist goes with 34 inch hips. And please be advised your hips have gotten wider- by at least an inch – its a matter of the pelvis moving apart.
You should not have even begun to do anything until your doctor releases you at 5-6 weeks postpartum.

1st, congratulations on your baby!
I do not recommend this if your’re breast feeding. But, if you’re not you may want to consider the following.
A couple of weeks ago I heard about phentermine from a girl who also tried clenbuterol and had NO results. She tried phentermine 37.5 mg after the clenbuterol disaster.
