Eat really well and do toning exercises such as crunches (and variations) push ups, bridges, step ups, sit ups, scissor legs and many more. You can do it whilst watching the Tv. xx

hi.
First forget about red tea diet, fish diet and so on.
If you really do not have free time to go to the gym or just to do some physical activity, you have to count on your nutrition.
I suggest you to start with some small nutrition changes. They will bring you results:
1) Separate your food into 5-6 small meals per day.
2) Also reduce calories from carbos and fats and increase calories from protein.
3) Eat most of your food on breakfast and less food for dinner.
4) If you have junk food or carbo rich food try to eat it with breakfast.
5) For dinner you can eat protein food and/or veggies and no carbos at all.
I suggest you to start with carbo reduction. Reduce vcarbo rich food in half. This is the first step.
Much more nutrition changes during the day you can find in the list below:)

For breakfast eat oatmeal or an egg that has lots of protein. Try to keep off the things that have lots of fat. [Fruit is good too!] Then feed your baby after you eat. Then burp your baby [I don’t know if eight months still needs to do that, not exactly a baby expert] But do whatever you need to do after feeding your baby. Then put it in it’s stroller and take a nice long stroll [Don’t walk slowly, walk with all you’ve got so it burns calories.] Walk about 2kg. When you get home stretch your body a little bit [VERY IMPORTANT] and do 50 crunches. Then lay flat on your back with your arms stretched out above your head. [It always helps me if my stomach hurts in dance after crunches.] Then play with the baby. [It needs nourishing!] After that maybe it’s time for some lunch?! Let’s see… maybe multi-grain toast with jelly [no butter, that’s plain FAT] and some orange juice. Fruit along the side would be good, as well as Non-Fat yogurt. After that, while your husband is playing with the baby [if you are married, that is] Stretch. Then watched TV. Put on your favorite channel and during the actual show, jog in place. During the commercials, drop and do as many push-ups as you can. I don’t really want to plan the rest of your day for you, but there were some good tips. The most important thing to remember is always burn more than you provide yourself. This way the extra fat will be burned off along with the calories you produced that day.
Good luck with losing that baby fat and with the baby!
