Well,I think a great way to loose even 5 lbs per week is to just eat three meals a day,Something sweetish for breakfast like fruit,for lunch have a salad or fish,and for dinner have a carbohydrate like pasta or bread.And for a substatute for soda/milk is water or low sugar fruit juice.You will save a lot of money without a Nutrition Expert if you do this :] xx
