Which cuisine are you interested in? Asian, Italian, Mexican, etc. Perhaps if you provide a bit more details, then it would easier for others to help you. =)

Whenever I make a meal for my boyfriend I just order something from a real nice restaurant and take it all out of the restaurant boxes & serve it on my dinner ware. He never knows the difference. He just wants to get his stomach full.
I get the salad ,main course & dessert.
What ever you do don’t let him in the kitchen.
    good luck

Do you have an indoor electric grill? If so, spread butter on a large sheet of foil, place fish on top of butter, place slices of white onion on top of fish…..as much as you want…..close up foil and place on the grill for about 15 to 30 minutes depending on thickness of fish. It will smell good when it is at the done stage.
