ive just started slimming world and have only 10 pounds to lose?

has anyone else been to slimming world with only a little amount to lose? i couldnt do it on my own – so i joined the slimming world club last week.
its a bit hard getting used to the a and b choices cos i dont like milk etc

    I lost 40 pounds going there.
    i think i could have put the 40 pounds to better use ?

    Well, think about it. Do you really want to join the club if you are only going to lose a small amount? And if you don’t like milk, make it a smoothie, or anything. Another advice is to drink a lot, and I mean A LOT, of water, about eight to ten cups per day. This makes ou lose about 50 calories per day – it is SO worth it.

    I started slimming world about four weeks ago; and like you don’t have much to lose; but my weight loss is so slow and i find the green and red days confusing. Not sure if i’ll keep going or try something else..
