Ive just come across a website that advertises a diet called “Fat loss 4 Idiots” Has anyone else seen it?

I read through the details and it seems to make a lot of sense but I want to know if it is for real and not a con?If you have seen it or even been on it I would love to know.

    yes i downloaded this diet, its good in a sense that it allows you put in the foods you like, then it makes a diet for ii days, it was 42 usd…which is about 30 euro i think.. it gives lots of tips..ive used it and if you stick to it …it works..4 meals a day.. but they are not big meals…example….day 1..
    meal 1. beef slices and boiled eggs
    meal 2. tuna, chicken salad
    meal 3. grapes pineapple smoothie
    meal 4. scrambled eggs peanuts
    the meals can be eaten in any order, and contain all or one item listed..2 glasses of water with each meal, thats it really..t
    the meals change each day ..and then you have a three day break and start again

    Yes, but a lot of my friends who have tried it give up on it after a while.
    If you want to really lose weight fast and safe. Do the atkens diet. It really works, cut your carbs, no bread, pasta, pizza, fries. I lost 107 pounds on it. My friend lost 10 pounds on it the first 11 days:)

    I have seen it! I found that all of the advice was true.
    But I don’t think you need to pay them to tell you how to eat.
    Just take there advice, and add some of your own stuff to it!
