Is this a realistic goal for weightloss and does anyone have any tips?
im starting a diet today and i want to start adding running to my exercise regime. i currently weigh 52kgs and my goal is 49-50kgs (im 5’4), is this a realistic goal and how long would it take to lose this?

I weigh a lot more, but I am doing the following:
DIET:
– Cutting out foods high in saturated fats, sugars and salt.
– Substituting sugary/salty snacks with fruit and raw vegetables
– Having a healthy, cooked meal in the evenings with more vegetables than meat/protein
– Replacing all drinks with water.
EXERCISE:
– Brisk walking/jogging on the treadmill for a total 1-2 hours per day, at regular intervals
– Replacing short journeys by bus/car with walking or cycling
– Weights (using anything weighted i can find) 50 reps
– Sits ups 50 reps
– Jackknives 30 reps
Hope this plan helps you, I’ve already lost 3 pounds this week!
