You can lose weight on that but are you going to be on a diet the rest of your life? You should go to weightwatchers.com and they give you a whole menu of things to lose weight and maintain weight on. I personally would get bored on eating one thing all the time. Hope this helps.

You dont need any silly fad diet.
Stop drinking soda and sugary drinks because all that energy you dont use just gets turned into fat and believe me those drinks are full of energy (sugar)
Cut down on sweet and maybe some fatty food. Nothing too drastic or youll end up hating the diet and not sticking to it.
Also diet is only half of it, exercise is an important part.
I tried to lose weight for a month or two there.. but nothing happened.. all different kinds of foods i tried..nothing… then i took up running and went back to eating all the food i usually eat.. the kilo’s just came flying off..
So what im trying to say is you should probably get some decent exercise in too.. =)

Don’t ‘go on’ a diet because that implies you are going to ‘come off’. If your going to try and lose weight you need to be comfy about what your eating, still losing weight and stay on it. Exercise is important too so do lots of that as well. It is recommended that you lose a pound a week so good luck.

It’s OK so long as you are not eating the same every day.
You need to vary it a little every day.
Make sure there are lots of veg in the stir-fry
And of course get some exercise!
