Is This a good diet to lose weight fast?

I am trying to lose some weight by June. I have a lot of muscle but am not cut up because of the fat. I am thinking salad apples tangerines grilled chicken for breakfast egg whites. I want to look good in anEd Hardy bathing suit by June.

    good luck. i doubt it will help you. it’s still a lot of calories. try drinking only juice until june. that will do the trick.
