Is it true that if I skip a meal a day, I’ll lose some fat?

Is it different whether you work out or not? Will a fruits&veggies diet help? How much of the meats, carbs, and dairy products should I eat weekly?

To lose some fat, you just don’t take them.

There’s fat in most foods you eat, and if you take a huge portion of them, you’ll get fatTER.

You need a balance diet, a little portion of this & that, but increase your fruits & veggies, and work out normally.

No it is not, you lose fat by burning more calories then you take in meaning you have to actually exercise! The point of a diet should not be to get less fat but more nutrients and less calories! Exercise gets you the rest of the way!
