Is it possible to lose weight fast?

without a fad diet etc?
I would like to lose the best part of a stone in around 3 weeks to a month. i also have large (G cup) breasts which im not too fond of and would like to lose some weight there too – i reckon they weigh a fair bit!

Suggestions please!

    I would consider a breast reduction. I can just imagine how atrophied your back is.

    There is no way to “lose weight fast”. If there was, everyone would be thin. Diet and exercise really is the best way. Cliche yes, but very true.

    Instead of counting calories count fat grams. Try not to eat more than 6g of fat for each meal (5-6 small meals a day) … and you should see the pounds come off.

    Add in some excercise, something as simple as walking 15 mins a day, and you should see results in no time.
