Is it possible to lose weight around hips and stomach by running?
I’m already tiny, I’m just self conscious about the extra bits of fat around my hips and on the backs of my legs near my butt. If anyone has any tips? I guess I’m just wondering if running every day combined with doing a workout plan of excercises for core muscles, squats, lunges, things like that, will make me lose the weight i want to, and fast. Thanks!

Whenever you burn fat, by running or any other way, you lose the weight evenly throughout your body. There’s no way to lose weight specifically from one area or another, it just comes off everywhere.

It does help, but to lose weight in those specific areas do thigh work outs and crunches.
