Is it possible to gain muscle with out actually gaining weight?

I’ve been working out for about two years, and have been basically the same weight.(155) I’ve put a significant amount of muscle on, and gained a ton of strength. I look a whole lot bigger than i was, but i still weigh the same. whats the deal?
