The obvious way to burn fat is to eat less food and move more, the problems surface when we actually try to put that into practice! There are lots of opportunities to fail in the big wide world aren’t there?! It’s better to do weights, then cardio after weights. And only for 15-20 minutes of HIIT high intensity interval training. Best way for fat burning while maintaining muscle.
