The key for losing weight is simple – consume less and exercise more often – the difficulties appear when we in reality try to put that into operation! There are a lot of stumbling blocks in the big wide world aren’t there?! The only thing which really showed results for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials in stock, it has been reported in Fox News and CNN. I shed 30 pounds, it really does produce results!

losing weight is in itself just one big gamble. who knows where you’ll lose it from! its just luck.
basically, no, i dont think you’d be considered big at all, especially with breasts which sound in proportion!
but if you did want to lose weight, i just suggest exercise rather than change your eating pattern, which could target the specific areas you want to lose weight.

Size 12 is not big the only reason people nowdays think size 12 is big is coz all these skinny size zero celebrities out there size 12to me is a healthy size in weight to be however if you do loose weight in your body yes your boobs will reduce aswell

forget the weight – it sounds cliché but it really is just a number. It’s the clothes you fit into that counts, and your confidence wearing them.
And you should have confidence as size 12 is certainly not big. It’s healthy, attractive and fast becoming well below the average in fact. And as for being a size 12 and having D cup breasts, count yourself lucky girl! I’m trying to get back down to a 12 myself, it sounds like you have the perfect figure. And with weight loss inevitably comes reduced breast size, but even worse some sagging i’m afraid.
Just so you know though I am now the heaviest I have ever been (14/16) and to my surprise I can tell you I get more attention than I ever have done in my life from the gents! Won’t stop me striving to get back my figure but just goes to show, sometimes these things really don’t matter as much as we think they do.
