I’m trying to lose some body fat on my stomach and arms?

I have been doing a mix of cardio exercises such as running on the treadmill, elliptical machine, weights and classes at the gym. I noticed that I started to have prominent leg muscles around the thigh area. I’m not too happy being that I am a girl and all I want is to slim down and not bulk up. I lost some stomach fat, but not enough. What kind of cardio should I do to slim down and not bulk up in muscle? Thank-you!

    running. just plain old running. no inclines, no resistance, no elipticals. just plain old running will get you the way you want to look. Most people dont know that running works your abs.

    and a really good ab DVD.
