Go on a diet eat fruits and veggies like strawberries carrots and salads. Dont try to eat to much junk food and you can try buying some exercising equipment for your house. Walking up and down the stares 10-15 times a day will work to

Hoover, clean and polish the house from top to bottom every day. Go for a brisk 30 min walk and use the stairs instead of the lift. Very cheap and healthy.

as cheesy/mary poppins-like as it sounds, when you find fun in any job, the job becomes enjoyable- so in the context of exercise- ask yourself- what sport/games/hobbies do you enjoy doing? those are usually the ones you will stick to, and even if you dont enjoy some things, persuading yourself you DO/finding the benefits and fun of it will help.
if its the gym fees your worried about, doing simple things like walking (at a speed that your out of breath), or running up and down the stairs! or doing housework/gardening, are all forms of exercise that have health benefits aswell as aesthetic domestic benefits!
one site that is good is sparkpeople.com, they even have this 15minute lazy sort of exercise that can be done in offices/with chairs! ~~~>
