I’m losing weight. How often should i measure myself .. ?

Hi. I’m on a diet and losing weight but want to know how often i should measure myself to see where i’ve lost the weight i’m losing. I thought once a month..?? Appropriate answers only please. Thanks ppls xx

    hey im losing weight to, i heard every 12weeks but i guess yoou could whenever you want. but to see real results id stick to 12weeks

    I think every two weeks would be best. You can see your progress (or lack thereof) without obsessing and worrying about it day by day ^-^ Then you know if you’ve been doing good or if there’s something you should change.
