I’m fat and need to lose weight Fast?

I am currently 15 years old and weight around the 13 – 14 Stone in weight. I want to start a relationship with hopefully girls if i can over come having gay thoughts. How can i lose weight fast without
liposuction.

    Have a healthy diet, exercise regularly and drink water instead of sugary drinks.

    By doing this I went from 11st – size 14 to 9st – size 10

    Hey, Dale, I’m also currently fifteen years old. Although this isn’t a good choice for a healthy, permanent diet, I recommend fasting on fruits and nuts for rapid weight loss. It is weight loss, but you won’t be losing any fat until after about three days. I’m currently on this diet right now, and I’m doing great! It’s been 6 days, and I’ve already lost 9 pounds.

    I’ve been eating fruits, nuts, and one or two vegetables. I’m energetic and have had no headaches. Make sure to eat less on this diet, and understand when you truly feel full. There’s a lot of will-power required. Again, this isn’t the best option for healthy weight loss, but does detoxify your body, after all!

You can try browsing the net or getting a book or two on how to exercise at home.     Carry a soft flying disc or Frisbee with you. Toss it around and get up to fetch it. This is also an excellent way to beat stress.     If you can’t think of any thing else to do try punching your pillow. Now here’s another one of those weird ideas but believe me it works. Not too many of us have punching bags at home and if you have really fluffy pillow giving it a good punching routine is just as good as anything else. This is also a nice way of letting off steam so go for it. After all something is better than nothing. But I would suggest that you do not hit it too violently or else the stuffing might come out. Do not bother too much about the force with which you hit the pillow. It is number of hits that are important. Try to get at least fifty punches in one bout. I would like to give you a little tip over here. If there is somebody that you particularly dislike like your boss or your neighbor, or may be your ex boy friend or girl friend, try fixing a picture of the persons head on the top of your pillow and then try punching it. I promise you, it will give you a lot of satisfaction.
