I’m 13 year old, need to lose weight fast!?
I’m 13 years old, im from Australia. I’m really really desperate to lose weight FAST! I weigh about 10.5 stones. I say to myself that im going to go on the tredmill, but i cant, im lazy.. 🙁 I REALLY NEED HELP! I have been surfing the net for months now, and still can’t find a way! I dont eat sugar, I only drink milk and water. Also, I dont eat chocolate.

Try a Low Carb diet, I did a no carb diet for 2 weeks and lost 13 lbs but it was sooooooo hard to keep doing it.

Only eat lean meat, fresh fruit and vegetables. Eat about 1,500 calories a day.

You’re 13!! Why lose weight?
If your a male, it’s very likely when you go through puberty and grow, you will weigh more than that anyway!
Just don’t worry about your weight – just stick to the recommended 1 hour of exercise a day, and 5 fruits/veg a day though.

your only 13 so i wouldn’t worry about it really…. but if you really want to lose weight fast the quickest ways are to reduce your intake of food which will reduce calories. Exercising more will burn the calories which will help. Look at what you eat each day and look at the calories intake, i would recommend taking up a new sport, something fun which you enjoy, this will help you lose weight and have fun 🙂 Hope this helped

You may need to lose weight, though you have given no details of your height, but NO ONE needs to lose it fast! Simply eat a little less and do more regular exercise, there are no short cuts of magic tricks.
