im 13 and i need to lose belly fat fast? any suggestions?

ok, so heres the deal, im 13 and im 5 foot 6 i weigh 115pounds and im a very active soccer player, my legs are in good shape but need to be toned up same as my stomach. i have been doing 60 reps of 3 different ab workouts daily along with a small amount of running 3 times a week i dont eat very healthy and thats probably why i dont lose weight but i need some really effective ab and core strengthening worouts that i can do daily! please help me! my 8th grade graduation and party is coming up! also i need some thigh muscle strengthening workouts too along with abs! thanx sooo much!
i know i need to eat wheat bread drink water and fruit, but heres the thing as a soccer player i have to eat a lot and get the carbs in! i need every last amount of energy i can get!
OKAY YOU GUYS! REMEMBER IM ONLY 13 AND IM NOT GOING TO RISK MY HEALTH AND TAKE ANY TYPE OF DIET PILLS! YES I HAVE HEARD ABOUT ACAI BUT IM NOT GOING TO TAKE IT AT MY AGE!

    Eatting whole wheat and drinking water help to keep your belly flat.

    I would recommend focusing more on the accuracy of your ab workouts rather than shooting for 50,000 reps. You should look up as many abs workouts as you can and do less reps but more variety! It will work more muscle when you suprise your abs with a different exercise! Good luck!

    ok well i suggest that you like drink only water.extreme diet.:) don’t eat any pasta,breads anything that is like high in carbs.number two workout alot and if youre a soccer player oh well im a cheerleader and i workout for 2hrs after practice.run at your local park for an hour and do alot of crunches..trust me it will come off oh and COUNT EVERY CALORIE THAT GOES IN YOUR BODY!!!!!!!!:) later g8r:)
