I’ve lost a stone in the last 6 weeks and I am curious to know if I would have gained the same amount in the smae time frame before I started my diet

It’s hard to say without knowing what your diet and exercise regimen looked like before (when you were gaining weight) and how it looks now. A stone in 6 weeks is quite a bit though. Sorry – i don’t understand what you are asking…
You mean if you hadn’t have lost a stone, would you have put a stone on instead?

I think what you are asking is: If you cut out 6 mars bars and lost 1lb. Would eating 6 extra mars bars make you gain 1lb?
Apparently to lose weight you have to cut out less than you do to gain weight! But I know it certainly doesn’t feel like it – especially when you are on a diet!!!
