I want to start losing weight again, without letting my parents get into it this time.

if youre 5’7″ and weigh 110 lbs you dont need to lose weight…if you really need to lose it though if you drink pop stop drinking it and dont eat fast food and stuff sorry thats all i can think of

At 5’7″ and 110 lbs I would say you’re underweight. If you’re parents are involved, I would say it’s likely that you’re underage, too. Do you have an eating disorder?

shut up….jk i am the same way but never barf on purpose. i just got sick(not on purpose) i threw up and got sick and lost 10 pounds. i feel so sick and horrible. on wednsday i was 5’6 1/2 and 105 pounds. and now i am 95 pounds. my point is DON’T TRY TO MAKE YOUR SELF SKINNY UNNATURALLY IT MAKES YOU FEEL SO SICK!

Being 5’7”, you are technically underweight, if you only weigh 110lbs. There’s no reason for you to be losing weight.

You shouldn’t need to lose any weight. At 5′ 7″, 110, you are probably on the thin side. You can tone up what you’ve got through weight training and exercise without losing weight.

If you’re 5’7″ you don’t need to… you drop like 10 pounds you’re bmi will be too low and that is really unhealthy. Start going to the gym and eating healthier. It will tone your body without loosing weight. Plus keep yourself hydrated. Hot bod, is better then a skinny one.

Have a dog chase you to bite your butt area. Make sure you don’t have your periods while doing this or the dog will chew the wrong area.
Do it while your parents are away so they won’t here the mutt bite the butt or hear you futt!

Sounds like a cry for help. You know you dont need to be skinner. I am a skinny person and I dont like it that much. The more skinny you are the smaller your boobs and butt get, not cute. Try and focus on why you want to lose weight and zone out any negative energy. Good luck!!

I think that, that is an average wait for your age…so i dont think you really need to lose any weight. You dont want to look balemic or anarexic do you??? But if you really want to lose weight i would just excerise regurlary and eat healthier.

110 pounds is way to small for 5’7. are you sure you dont mean 210. alright well if your wanting to loose weight around your hips and waist you have to do your regular cardio and then there are exercies to do for your hips and waist. sit ups lunges. why dont you try buying an exercise book with pictures in it. if you are only 110 lbs if you tried to loose weight you could have heart problems and you could loose your hair and die. Why dont you try a nutritionist they can help.

dear god, you don’t need to lose weight!!! you are 14 years old and you shouldn’t be concerned about this–your parents and your doctor should be in on all of these decisions.
do not compare yourself to anyone else, especially those sick looking models and other celebraties.
my best advice…eat healthy, get some exercise or join a sports team, and get yourself to a counselor…you need to get some guidance on your self image.

Ummm….First off, I’m about a year older than you, and I’m 5’7″ and weigh 110. I’m underweight. If we’re the same hieght and the same weight, you don’t need to be losing weight.

your weight is under for ur age but if u want to get ur hips and waist thinner? what u really need to do is exercise. to make what u have firmer or toned what everu want to call it .when i was losing weight after my son was born i dieted a lot and lost so much weight i was 104 pounds what i did was started to eat better and exercise more ( i walked on the treadmill every day for an hour )and went thinner but kept the same weight what i did was made what i had better . fitter .so get in shape is what u need to do dont lose wieght . and if u are going to do anything u need a dr to help u cuz i dont know if this is healthy for u u r underweight so get the dr involved there is a reason people call it dying to be thin

your fine, im 13 5″3 95 lb and very slim and athletic. for every foot you grow you should gain 3 lb so youd be a me at about lets see 116 lb if i did my math correctly. You are slim enough , please tell me you did not just call me fat cause im tiny. If you were my height you”d be like 89lb which makes you tinnier. Dont loose weight gain muscel by jogging and lifting weights belive me you”d be healthier looking then you would be if you lost weight and if you think you have some inperfections a little bit of
muscels and you”d be perfect! So take my advise and dont worry your poor parents.

At 5’7″, you should be a MINIMUM of 122 lbs. That is the bottom of the range for a female with a small frame. The total range for a female at 5’7″ goes up to 157, depending on your frame.
You do not need to lose weight. You will be harming your body greatly if you try to get thinner than you are. Your parents need to be involved to keep you from damaging yourself.
Please don’t attempt to lose any more weight!

wow, you do not need to lose weight at all. you are underweight. if you are trying to look better you should tone your body, not lose weight.
