i was told cardio was the necessity to lose body fat, I want know what forms of cardio i need to do to do this
what forms or cardio do u recommend I do to get tone and lose body fat and to get my heart rate up 60%. I do not like lifting as I do not want muscles, I just want to keep toned and trimmed and lose some fat around my abs.

to be toned, you need muscle, that’s what being toned is
running will work every muscle and burn fat.

a calorie controlled diet, start with light jogging or swimming to tone try gentle sit ups for stomach
for legs squats
arms use a very low wieght no more than 2 kilo’s as this will tone not make more muscle

Actually, cardio and strength exercises combined are essential in burning fat. You’re going to have to do a combination of things in order to achieve optimum results in toning your stomach. You should eat many small portions of healthy food throughout the day. Get 8-10 hours of sleep every night. Drink water frequently. I recommend eliminating soda from your diet completely. Try running, biking, and swimming for cardio exercise. Try various types of arm, leg, and ab exercises as well; you can find examples online. Make sure to constantly switch up your workout routine to really challenge your body:)

I used to have the fattest stomach. Here’s a good site I found that really helped. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before…
