Losing weight the healthy way is not fast, but effective. It’s 90% counting calories & 10% exercising. Look at my link to learn about your calorie needs w/ formulas. This will tell you what your calories needed are, and you plug in the amount of weight your wanting to lose, and it will show you how to calculate the calories you eat everyday.

There is no right way to loose weight. Everyone is different so no plan works for everyone.
You can loose weight be eating healthier and exercising more, and I suggest you do both.
You should always have goals set. Make sure your goals are reasonable. Start with small goals. Do things like only having dessert once a week. Have at least 2 salads a week. Jog for 10 minutes after work everyday. Things like that.
After you accomplish these goals, set bigger ones, but make sure they are still reasonable. Keep making your goals a little bit bigger and you should eventually loose the weight.
It’s also a good idea to workout with friends. Things are always easier if you are doing them with someone else to support you.

Its great you have decided to loose weight in a healthy way, this means it will be easier for you to keep the weight off then others who try the fad diets. The key thing is exercise! Making some changes to your diet can be extremely effective when done in conjunction with exercise For example try switching to red top milk (fully skimmed), when craving something sweet go for fruits they are as delicious but minus all the calories, get some protein; grilled chicken, salmon etc. Get a lot of vegetables in your meal they are quite filling and are packed with all the essential vitamins and minerals. Make sure when eating the portions are about the size of your fist.
Drink plenty of water during the day! Running is great for exercise, try walking too as much as you can, do plenty of stretching to get your posture perfect this is quite important for getting a great shape, try joining the local gym if this is out of the question then running/jogging around the block is the best option, start small; for the first time do about 30 mins of jogging and gradually increase the time and the pace to suit your bodies best ability keep water with you at all times it will be you knight and shining armour!

hey i understand the problems you have bin going through when trying to loss weight, i am in the same situastion as you nothing worked for him until he came across the diet salution program,i been having great success with it, maybe this is something that could help you out. well good luck
