I want to loose weight? how should i use the treadmill how long should i use it for?

i don’t know how to use the treadmill well because when i run i run out of breath quickly. how can i not run out of breath quickly what should i do just walk on it at a fast speed it makes me sweat too. umm im having trouble doing push ups how can i get better and what should i do crunches or sit ups what other exercise at home can i do that would be helpful? i got 10lb dumbells how man should i do like how many sets and stuff i just want to get a lil toned for the fall.. im a 15 yr old male stand 5’7 weigh 205

    Well, you have to start slow buddy, its just the way it is, you cant just rush out and do heavy exercising. Well i would recommend walking at a fast pace for about 30 mins for 2 weeks. then just start jogging. about the pushups, just try as many as you can every day, you’ll be able to do more as time goes by.
