i want to know how to loose weight easily, and quickly!!!?
ok, so i am 15 years old, and i want to loose 10lbs, just for my own satistfaction, so i was wondering if there is something i can do that will work quickly? also, its cold where i am, and i dont like the cold, so running wont work to well right now…anywho please answer thx!!

Really all you can do is cut back on your calorie intake and make sure you’re consuming good calories (fruits, vegetables, etc), and not so much sugar. And if you don’t like working out or going outside because it’s cold, then go in a room in your house where you can turn your music up loud and just dance for a while. Dancing is a great way to lose weight.

If there was a way to lose weight easily and quickly then there wouldn’t be as many fat people in the world. ):
Just burn up more calories than you take in meaning exercise more, eat more healthily (ewww XD), drink more water, cut out snacks and whatnot. And you’ll be fine.

Just cutting your ordinary portions of food in half will cause you to lose weight – but you’ll only lose the 10 pounds you want to lose if you have them to lose! The closer you are to a ‘goal’ weight, the more difficult it is to lose pounds – so a ‘fat’ person can lose weight more readily — it has something to do with being heavy — you automatically exert more calories to walk across a room than a thinner person! Go figure! But truth be told — the answer to your question is like trying to answer the meaning of life! Nearly everyone (or at least millions of us) would love an easy answer to the losing weight question!

Eat healthy and exercise. That’s all it takes to lose weight. You’ll lose 1-2 lbs per week.

I know how you feel about wanting to lose weight; I’m 13, and feel the same. In my experience, fad diets don’t work, so losing 10 lbs is quite difficult, especially when its cold. Brrr. The way I usually shift the unwanted weight is to eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, and cut out the crisps and chocolate for a few weeks, you’ll be amazed at how much you lose! As for exercise, try a work out dvd, they are really good, and you wont get cold. Good luck (Y) xx

Duh! Lemonade diet. you cant eat anything for two weeks. You can only drink lemonade and vitamins.
