i really wanna six pack and lose my belly fat, please help me !?
i’m grounded for 3 months so i can only workout at home. i can’t even go cycling or running, and there’s no way i;ll be able to. im 15 , male, got belly fat. thats it. I wanna lose it. can u pls give me an ab routine, or anther workout at home, that i can do in order to lose this fat fast? i only have dumbbells, light and heavy. thx

sorry man, but the only thing that’ll help you lose that fat is a lot of cardio. Since running, swimming and cycling are out of the question, do you have enough room to jump rope? Its a killer cardio workout and, with a proper diet low in calories, you’ll lose that belly fat in no time

You definitely gotta dump the junk food, fast food garbage & sugary sweet soda’s. No smoking – no dipping – no chewing – no beer/ale – no booze – no drugs.
Get on a healthy diet. Start doing push ups – sit ups – pull ups – skipping rope.
