I really wanna lose some weight near my thighs what can I do?
Okay I am overweight seriously I am not a poser. Lol I am like 180. I am 5’5 so u see the problem. I am thirteen. So I wanna first get my thighs in shape. Because it is summer of course and I wanna be able to wear the really short cute shorts. So what excersises would be best to fix that area? And how long?
Oh and I don’t have any excersise equipment except for one of those bike things.

eat healthy
run a mile everyday
work out

try squats combined with stepping from side to side.
you know like when a boxer doges a punch than mooves to the other side.
just keep doing that
if you can add weight to you’re ankles even better.

I’ve said that least 1849124 times. The problem this like that is they are just too compilcated for the average bird, if you know what I mean
