I need to lose weight fast, will this work!?

Okay, I need to try to lose 2 stone by 1st August. I know that’s a bit of a crazy goal but I can try.

If I eat just one bowl of cereal a day with skimmed milk, and one really healthy main meal, plus fruit as snacks. And also do skipping, treadmill and situps – will I reach my goal?

Don’t tell me, that I’m being unhealthy, and I’ll gain it all back. That wasn’t my question, thanks.

    maybe not 2 stone but you will definetly lose weight. It isnt necessarly that you have to eat less meals i once read that you can lose weight by eating smaller meals but having more meals throughout the day including snacks. however it is extremely important that you have breakfast. as for the exercise if you do this at least once a day for about an hour you should eventually start to shed the pounds.

    It depends what size you are now. Obviously bigger people lose weight faster. If you are quite slim then it will be a lot harder to lose 2 stone in 5 weeks. When I was at my biggest I dropped a stone in a week but now that I’ve lost a lot of weight I only lose around 2 pounds a week.
    You should lose some weight by doing what you have planned but you may not lose 2 stone.
    Just remember that if you aren’t eating much for breakfast or your evening meal, to snack on lots of fruit and veg throughout the day to keep your energy up. Stay away from beans, bananas, grapes and avocados as these are the fattiest of fruit and veg (mostly due to the sugar in the fruit).

    Get a glass of green veg juice every morning and fix your lunch time and dinner also.
    And start running on every morning.

    That would help, but you’ll lose wieght a lot faster if you don’t eat suger. You see glucose(suger) in our bodies make up about 20 to 42 percent of fat within our body. If you stop eating suger for about a week you should lose about 2 to 6 pounds. It really depends on how much you weigh. You don’t really have to work out either. If you don’t intake any suger for a month you’l lose 10 to 20 pounds.

    You could try, but that’s really a lot. I’m not saying it’s impossible but you will have to excercise extremly well. You might wanna skip those sit ups, since they will not burn many calories at all. Concentrate on power walking/jogging instead.

    Scroll down here http://calculators.hpathy.com/calories-need.asp and you will find a calorie intake calculator. It will tell you how much you need to eat to lose weight.
    Then use nutrition info on food packaging and go to nutritiondata.com and you’ll find how many calories each food contains.

    yeah, to be honest, your right, that might not be the best solution to lose some wight. but if you think you can survive doing for 1 and a half month then it maybe possible.

    my metabolism is fast, so no matter how much I eat I seem to never gain any weight =D

    This probably isnt what you want to hear as you even wrote that, but that will work extremely well but you wont be able to eat normally again afterwards.

    From experience, im 16 and for a few weeks i didnt eat hardly anything because I had enough of being the ‘fat’ one of the group, i made unrealistic goals like 2 stone in 2 months and as i was eating hardly anything i had extreme headaches, mood swings which made me fall out with friends, stomach pains, irregular periods, and extreme tiredness. I lost 5pounds in one week but once i went back to normal because I was getting ill i gained it all back on and more im now about 2 stone heavier and i was only 1 stone heavier than before when i started, so it made me gain an extra stone.

    Im sorry but it isnt a good idea, and like me, you will regret it for the rest of your life, because your weight control will always be difficult from then on. 🙁
