I need to lose weight around my stomach without crash diet Plans ?

I started off with losing weight by going on cabbage soup diet for a week and was able to lose nearly 5 KG , from 83 to 78 KG but I do want to achieve losing to 78 , so I would be very happy to hear from someone if could suggest the best way to lose weight , or could suggest what is the better diet specially breakfast and dinners . and how does it takes to lose weight around waist .

    you lose weight the last place you put it on
    remember you cant choose where to lose the weight from (e.g. trying to do sit ups to lose weight from stomach)
    best exercise is the cross trainer
    i just eat salads when im on a diet
    i lose the weight pretty fast

    You should immediately reduce your calorie intake. The cabbage soup diet is ok, but you are not getting enough proteins into your body. Increase your exercise/cardio routine so that you are burning calories and trimming fat from your waist. By performing lunges, squats and other leg exercises, you are actually targeting your waist.

    Easy. Its all about in your mind, you have to take control of your eating, you have to say no (not to food, i mean with cravings at bad times)
    The right foods and the right exercise.
    Fruits, Vegetables, Water, Nuts, Salads.
    Also swapping foods is a great way to deal with food.
    Exercise: you could do a activity for 60 minutes 3-5 days a week. REMEMBER: water is essential when training.
    Breakfast? Fruits, Juices, Special K Cereal.
    Dinners? Try some light pasta, jacket potato, noodles, soup.
