Do you train 5-6 days a week?
do you run?
If yes to all these questions then ASDA are fine. £5.47 for 60
If no to any of the above then forget it. I see this everday and they only aid.

Slimming pills are a waste of money, don’t work, and some are actually bad for you.
No pill, potion or supplement will help you lose weight.
All you need to lose weight is a good healthy diet and exercise 🙂

There is no such thing, in fact the only weight you will lose from slimming pills is from your purse.
The simple truth is that you need to alter your diet/exercise ratio and it will come right safely. good luck!
