I need a way to lose weight fast!?

How can I lose weight fast? Does anyone know any tricks? I don’t want to starve myself but I want to lose a good amount of weight! I have a filled schedule for this summer and I will be outside more. People my age are alot smaller than I am but I just can’t seem to lose the weight. Please, PLEASE give me some ideas!

    if you do the following, then everything should work out fine:

    – drink 8 glasses of water (NO SODAS OR JUICES – these contain too much sugar)
    – get about 1 hour of excersise a day. this can be hard to fit into your schedule but i go to the gym every morning at around 6 so it doesn’t really cut into my day. your excersise could include running/powerwalking or try taking up a sport – it’s a great way to work out and it’s fun too (if you like that sort of thing)
    – drink green tea every morning and night (this helps speed up your metabolism – it works, trust me!!!)
    – whenever you can, walk/run/ride your bike instead of driving your car
    – take the stairs instead of the elevator (believe it or not, little things like this do help!!!)
    – while watching TV walk or jog in place
    – do not eat meals in front of the TV
    – don’t eat unless you’re hungry
    – never feel like you need to eat everything on your plate. wasting food is not good but stuffing yourself isn’t good either.
    – make sure you have a healthy diet

    Some Good Foods To Eat:
    – anything that’s high in fiber
    – fruits or veggies (obviously)
    – berries are GREAT for you
    – nuts (a healthy guilt-free snack – for extra nutrition try soy nuts)
    – soy crisps (another healthy guilt-free snack)
    – lean proteins such as chicken, fish, etc
    – replace white bread with wheat. eat whole grian pasta, cereal, oatmeal, crackers, etc

    Things you SHOULD NOT do:
    – eat too much sugar (try to cut out sugar as much as possible – it is actually the thing that contributes the most to gaining weight)
    – cut out meals/calories/carbs (this actually will make you gain weight in the long run as your body thinks you are starving and begins to store fat)
    – starve yourself (the reason not to do this is obvious – you could die)

    Cutting out carbs will help you loose weight pretty quick. That means no bread, potatoes, sugar, etc. The only problem is that once you start eating them again you gain the weight back pretty quick.
