I need a quick and easy way to lose weight. Any ideas?
Hi! I am 11 years old and I take dance class. In one of my classes, ballet, we have to wear just tights and a leotard. When I look around at everyone else I feel fat. I weigh 105lbs and I’m 5 foot 2in. Am I fat?? If so, what are ideas to loose weight quickly??

Even if you don’t think I’m fat
give me some ideas of how

you need to find an exercise and eating (notice I didn’t say DIET) plan that works for you;
You also need to find a strenuous physical activity that you actually enjoy, it might just be walking.
