I Have Lost Weight And Gained Muscle, I Am Still The Same Weight As Before. When Would I See My Real Weight?

When I first exercised I was 14st 4lb, I gained muscle and lost fat. My arms and legs are shrinking, and I have dropped a dress size. My weight still stays the same. I have been exercising for 7 weeks now, when would I see my real weight?
I am going for an operation in the near future I should be at 12st.5lbs the least. I want to see real results!

You are seeing your real weight. You are a total of everything, fat and muscle.
If you are asking, when will you see how much you weigh when you don’t have that much fat, then you will really only know that when you get to your “goal” size. Everyone is defferent.

Congratulations on your exercise and body size. Keep up the great work!
