It could be that you have a medical condition that is preventing you from losing weight. Thyroid problems and vitamin deficiencies can certainly do that.

Make sure it’s not any of the usual things though. One of the most common problems people have is that they diet strictly, lose some weight, and then they feel strangely super-hungry and cheat. They then repeat this cycle and never lose weight.

To lose weight, you have to let some fat cells die. When your fat cells die, you feel *really* hungry, and tend to eat to save them. Then for the next week or so, you find it easy to diet because your fat cells have plumped up again. As soon as you get them back to the point where the fat cells are about to die, you feel strangely hungry, figure you are dieting too much, and eat a ton. The cycle repeats.

If that sounds like you, stop eating when you feel this fake hunger. Real hunger comes on slowly. Real hunger gets weaker even if you only eat a little bit. Eating when you aren’t really hungry keeps you fat forever.

Go two months without cheating on your diet. See what happens to your weight.

It’s a possibility – the test is simple and the cure is a simple one a day Thyorxine tablet.
First things first – get a test .
Rule or rule out the cause and go from there.
