I had a baby 3 months ago. How do I lose weight quickly?

I am barley in a size 7 and size 9’s are to big. I would like to lose weight around my belly and thighs. And I would like to do it quickly. I’ve cut back on my calories to around 1,000 to 1500 a day. It’s to cold outside to go running and I need something that is quick and has results because as some know having a baby you’re limited on your time. Any suggestions on what I can do?

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

try green tea vitamins, i heard somewhere that green tea helps loose weight and since you dont really have exercise time try the pills and eat smaller meals more times a day keep up the calorie thing. try eating a lot of fruit.

LOL, it’s only been three months!!!! You obviously had a fairly healthy lifestyle before or you wouldn’t have been in the shape you were in before you got pregnant. It took my hormones 6 – 9 months to settle down after each birth so my body could get back to where it was (and it did). Losing weight fast is counter-productive. It’s the lifestyle that’s important. Be patient. Eat right, exercise moderately (your body is still recovering) and relax!!! Running around with, for and (before you know it) after the baby will do more than you can imagine. Oh, and congratulations!!!

    Hi new Mom!

Fixed low calories diets don’t have the best effects (your metabolism just adjusts itself and you don’t see results).

Good luck and a hug for your baby 🙂
