I cant seem to lose weight on slimming world extra easy!?
I have been on slimming world for past 2 weeks and have put on 3 pounds! I have followed it exactly. The thing is I love my food and have always had a massive appetite, I thought this was the diet for me as I need to lose my pregnancy weight.
Has anyone else struggled with this plan?

I ahve found the first 2 answers on a number of wieghtloss questions here. I guess they are advertising the sites.
Just eat less and excersise more. Being a mum is hard to find the time to excersise but unless you do burn off the calories you will put more on.
