I am looking for a celebrity diet to lose weight fast. Maybe what the celebs do before an event?
I want to look perfect in my dress and I gained 4lbs..
I already workout and do cardio 5 times a week….
I heard of a really good diet a trainer would have his clients on before the grammys or something I can’t find it.. it was high protien, lower carbs i believe

Celebrities are dumb, There is no quick diet.
People on tv starve themselves for weeks to look thin (Most, but not all).

On a hot summer day, wear all winter dress, including blanket and run along the beach. That is exactly what professional race horse riders do, previous day of a big event.

Honey, you look just fine!!! You don’t need to lose any weight at all. This will evolve into an eating disorder, besides the celebrities are probably on drugs when they don’t eat!!!

You can do the following for 4 days or so before the event. It may add up to as much as 5 lbs. and it is healthy:
Eat no junk or pre-prepared food (sodium makes you retain water)
No coffee or soda – not even diet – only water (and lots of it) and fresh veggie juices
Eat LOTS of fruits and veggies but steam the veggies (raw can exacerbate bloating)
Eat lean proteins like chicken & turkey breast, fish (baked or steamed), cottage cheese
No wheat breads or products
Get plenty of sleep (keeps you from stress eating)
Get a body wrap the morning of the event
If you are constipated, take a laxative but make sure it’s at least 2 days prior to the event
Whatever you do, don’t skip meals. You could faint on the big night and if alcohol is involved, no one will enjoy watching you yurk up those 4 lbs.
Good luck!

I read in one of these celebrity diet magazines that 2 weeks before a big event they exercise like 2 hours a day, 1 hour of running and 1 hour of weightlifting, and they only eat like 1200 calories a day. They don’t eat bread but they eat grilled chicken, a lot of fruit, NO BREAD AND SUGAR, and lots of vegetables. To be honest if you were to do this it isn’t really the safest, celebrities have professionals with them the entire time of their fastings. I would personally just do South Beach you eat about 1400 calories a day if you exercised, if not then 1200. Buy the book it helped me lose a lot of weight, 40 pounds to be exact. But, I hope I helped! Good Luck!

You don’t need a diet ! Do a Nine day nutritional cleanse and any extra you have that you don’t like will be gone for sure. It detoxifies the body. Your body protects it’s vital organs by surrounding the toxins with fat. the body will not let you burn this fat, it needs it more as protection. When you cleanse you release the toxins and the fats not needed are drained out of the cell with the toxin, leaving lean mass. Many athletes and trainers use this plan to tune up for events and to gain strength and tone. I have lost 51 lbs since I have been repeating the plan. Just e-mail me it you want me to answer more questions, I would be glad to help. There is many people like yourself who have enjoyed success that have chosen a nutritional cleanse to get in there best shape.
