I am 5ft 1 and about 7stone but my legs look a bit chubby and my waist could be slimmer but how can i do it?

What can and can’t i eat and what exercises will cut out the flab on my thighs and waist

    Everyone stores fat in different places and theres no way to target where you lose weight. The only way to target weight reduction is surgery, which is neither sensible or mentally healthy. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.

    It you start running or power walking that should help you. Also try to eat more fruit and vegetables in your diet and try to have at least 8 glasses of water a day

    You are VERY slim at only 7 stone and 5 feet 1. Are you naturally slim or do you diet? Being underweight is NOT good for you body and neither is being overweight. Try some toning exercises such as squats and do aerobics 3 times a week. You will notice the difference.
